# Haypile

> Local document search and Q&A in a single binary.

One binary that watches your folders, extracts and chunks documents, embeds every chunk with a transformer compiled into the executable, and answers with citations. No network calls, no vector database, no Python. One SQLite file and a hand-written MiniLM forward pass in Go. It has shipped 11 releases through Homebrew, with an MCP server for Claude Code and Cursor.
